These Terms & Conditions govern the use of payperqualified.ae and the purchase of PayPerQualified lead-generation products and services.
By placing an order through this website, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the following service policies incorporated into them: the Lead Delivery Policy, Lead Quality & Replacement Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Lead Data Use Terms.
The Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Policy explain how personal information, cookies, and tracking technologies are handled.
1. Legal Entity and About PayPerQualified
PayPerQualified is a business brand operated by CREATOR ELTE MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C., a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 1421301, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism – Dubai, with its registered address at Office P05-52, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PayPerQualified is not a separate legal entity.
In these Terms & Conditions and the service policies incorporated into them, references to “PayPerQualified,” “PPQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean CREATOR ELTE MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C. operating under the PayPerQualified brand, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Every order placed through payperqualified.ae creates a contract between the client and CREATOR ELTE MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C. The Company is the supplier responsible for the order, invoicing, and applicable contractual obligations, including refunds and store credits where applicable under these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers on the Company’s behalf.
PayPerQualified provides real estate lead-generation products and lead-delivery services for real estate agents, brokerages, agencies, and related businesses.
PayPerQualified products are designed to deliver leads based on the selected campaign category, product page, lead quantity, target market, and package purchased by the client.
PayPerQualified provides lead-generation and lead-delivery services only. Neither PayPerQualified nor the Company acts as a real estate broker, property developer, financial advisor, legal advisor, sales representative, or property consultant for the client.
2. Products and Lead Packages
The website may offer different lead packages, market-specific buyer campaigns, campaign-specific real estate lead products, and other lead generation services.
The exact product description, package details, lead quantity, campaign category, price, and delivery-related information are shown on the relevant product page before purchase.
The client is responsible for reviewing the product page carefully before placing an order and for selecting the correct product, package, quantity, campaign category, and target market.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed before checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before PayPerQualified begins order processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PayPerQualified.
Once payment is confirmed, PayPerQualified may begin order processing, campaign allocation, lead generation, CRM setup, internal review, delivery preparation, automation setup, or any other operational work related to the purchased order.
4. When Work Starts
Work may be considered started once PayPerQualified begins any activity related to the order.
- Order processing.
- Campaign allocation.
- Lead generation.
- Lead sourcing or lead review.
- CRM setup or CRM processing.
- Delivery preparation.
- Automation or workflow preparation.
- Communication setup.
- Internal verification.
- Partial or full lead delivery.
- Any other operational work related to the purchased order.
5. Lead Delivery
Leads may be delivered through PPQ CRM, Email, WhatsApp, connected CRM, or another agreed delivery method.
6. Lead Quality and Replacement
Lead quality issues are handled under the Lead Quality & Replacement Policy. Replacement is reviewed for wrong numbers, duplicates, spam, or fake entries.
7. Follow-Up Requirements
Clients must document follow-up attempts inside PPQ CRM: first attempt within 5 hours, and at least 5 attempts within 5 days before requesting a replacement review.
8. No Sales Guarantee
PayPerQualified provides lead delivery services only and does not guarantee closed deals, property reservations, signed contracts, or revenue.
