These Lead Data Use Terms explain how clients may use lead information delivered by PayPerQualified, what is permitted, what is prohibited, and what responsibilities apply after lead data is delivered.
1. Permitted Use
Lead data is granted solely for direct real estate sales follow-up connected to the purchased campaign offer. Clients may contact leads, add notes inside PPQ CRM, and assign leads internally to sales staff.
2. Prohibited Use
Clients must NOT sell, resell, rent, publish, transfer, or share lead data with unauthorized third parties, nor use lead data for spam, unrelated marketing campaigns, or deceptive offers.
3. Opt-Out & Security
Clients must respect unsubscribe or do-not-contact requests immediately and store lead data securely. Contact info@payperqualified.ae for questions.
